So much of the way we live is inherited.
The expectations we carry.
The beliefs we have about ourselves.
What we think success should look like.
What we believe we are capable of.
Even the lives we think we are supposed to want.
Sometimes it takes a conversation, a different question, or someone seeing beyond the story we've been telling ourselves to begin changing that.
But access to that kind of support shouldn't only belong to people who can comfortably afford it.
Creating access
Alongside my paid work, I want to provide a number of pro bono places for people who are at a genuine point of change in their lives but don't currently have the financial resources to access support.
That might be someone rebuilding after a difficult chapter.
Someone questioning the path they've been following.
Someone with enormous potential who simply needs help seeing beyond their current circumstances.
Or someone beginning to realise that much of what they believed about themselves was conditioning rather than truth.
I don't want to tell people what to think.
I want to help them think more deeply for themselves.
To question.
To become more aware.
To recognise the patterns that have been running quietly in the background.
And ultimately, to make conscious choices about who they want to become and the life they want to create.
You can help make that possible
If something about this mission resonates with you, you can contribute towards making this work available to someone who otherwise couldn't access it.
Your contribution helps fund pro bono sessions and support.
You don't choose the person.
You don't need to know their story.
You're simply creating the opportunity for someone else to receive support at a point when it could genuinely matter.
Think of it as paying forward an opportunity.
One person helping another person they may never meet.
A ripple starts somewhere
I increasingly believe that meaningful change doesn't necessarily begin with institutions, systems or grand gestures.
It begins with people.
One person becoming more conscious of themselves.
One person questioning something they've always accepted.
One person making a different choice.
And that choice affecting their family, their relationships, their business, their community and perhaps people they'll never even know.
We may never see how far those ripples travel.
But we can choose to start one.
